opaque windows noisy air conditioning
the location was acceptable being close to the guggenheim museum
the room I stayed in felt quite claustrophobic. the opaque windows with no view were disappointing and made the room dark. the air conditioning unit was really noisy and disrupted any chance of opening the window for fresh air

my room was supposed to have a courtyard view, but instead, it faced an opaque window. the room felt dark and uninviting. noisy air conditioning made opening the window impossible.

a solid experience
superb location short walk useful map pintxos tour
the location of the hotel was superb. i found it to be a short walk to the guggenheim museum. the staff gave me a useful map. this map showed a pintxos tour around the area.
the walls are a bit thin so you might hear some noises from neighboring rooms. it wasn't too bad though.

the hotel offers a gym and spa area. guests can access these amenities for relaxation and exercise. i noticed the gym had modern equipment that looked well maintained.

the hotel has a location directly opposite the guggenheim museum. a tourist information center is nearby and easy to access. i also observed there were unmissable riverside walks located near the guggenheim for those who love nature.

mixed experience, noise issues and room issues
opaque window noise issue
The staff were helpful. The location is convenient for visiting the Guggenheim.
room 21 was not satisfactory. the window was opaque and faced an inner courtyard, but it was not a courtyard view. it made the room dark and unwelcoming. also, i noticed noise from people passing and from cars. the hotel should address this.

Fantastic Stay Near the Guggenheim
safe parking friendly staff ideal location
The hotel has safe parking available adjacent to the building for 15€ per day. This was a plus. I found the staff very friendly. Their advice was helpful. The location proved ideal. It is just a short walk to the Guggenheim museum.
My bed was not comfortable. Also I could clearly hear the lift moving. I found the breakfast very expensive. It was not very good. I felt ripped off by that, especially when other better options were close.

The staff members were helpful and friendly, they provided assistance and information throughout my stay. I appreciated the attentiveness shown by the staff. They were very good. I enjoyed speaking with them.

The room included plush towels and bedding. I found the blackout curtains effective. The space featured a separate shower and sink area in addition to a toilet. The area was quiet at night.

Breakfast included a generous spread and provided a selection of fruits, pastries, local cheese, and ham. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious. Perfect poached eggs were available. I thought the food was of very high quality!

Acceptable Location, Some Disappointments
opaque window thin walls
The location of the hotel is certainly a plus, especially for visiting the Guggenheim.
My room had an opaque window that faced an inner courtyard. The noise from the street and adjacent rooms was also quite noticeable. I found it difficult to sleep well due to the thin walls and external disturbances.

Really good Stay Near the Guggenheim
prime location modern design decent breakfast attentive assistance
The location is superb. Access to the Guggenheim is immediate (right across the street!). The room featured modern design. The breakfast offered decent options. I particularly appreciated the attentive assistance connecting with medical services for an ear issue. The staff checked on my progress periodically.
The mini-fridge in the room was empty upon arrival.

Breakfast included various options suitable for a good start to the day, with fresh fruit and pastries available. The breakfast area was well kept and clean. Coffee and tea selections were abundant (I found them satisfying).
